Brendan Kroninger vs Bryn Golda

Boxing Daily Report from the Greedy Promotions promoted show at Colombus Convention Center, Columbus,  taking place on 05/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Kroninger (22(10) - 2) who hails from Cleveland, USA and Bryn Golda(12 - 7(3) - 1) from Chicago, USA.  Kroninger weighed in at 112 pounds, while Golda weighed in at 112 pounds and 14 ounces.    As Golda came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Ollie Jerden, and the three ringside judges are Mark Penning, James Osmundsen and John Sandford.  

Round 1: 

Kroninger lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kroninger holds on to his opponent.  Kroninger hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Kroninger is on target with a spiteful jab.

Golda is looking to close the distance.  Kroninger is on target with a sharp left hook to Golda's liver.  
Kroninger gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kroninger advances into close range and throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Kroninger holds on to his opponent.  Kroninger is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.

Kroninger lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Kroninger holds on to his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kroninger quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Golda's liver.  
Kroninger digs in a firm right hook to Golda's ribcage.  
Kroninger gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Kroninger lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kroninger gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kroninger lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kroninger drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.

Kroninger lands a right hook, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Golda recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kroninger hits home with a right hook.  
Kroninger gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Golda's body.  
Kroninger sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a stinging left hook into Golda's body.  
Kroninger is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Kroninger clinches his opponent.  Kroninger leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kroninger lands two right hook's to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Kroninger lands a double left hook to his opponents head, DROPPING GOLDA TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Golda quickly recovers. 
Kroninger advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Kroninger pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Kroninger hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Kroninger walks Golda into the corner.  Kroninger lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kroninger lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kroninger lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kroninger connects with a sharp right hook.  Kroninger ties up his opponent.  Kroninger leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kroninger lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kroninger throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Kroninger holds on to his opponent.  Kroninger throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Kroninger pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Kroninger senses Golda is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Kroninger lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES GOLDA!  He manages to get up at 7.  Golda now seems to have got his legs back.
