Sasha Wasil vs Viktor Popko

Boxing Daily Report from the Papugyan Promotions promoted show at Vitebsk Vasko, Vitebsk,  taking place on 16/04/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-East Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sasha Wasil (17 - 11(1) - 2) who hails from Gomel, Belarus and Viktor Popko(17(9) - 3(1)) from Vitebsk, Belarus.  Wasil weighed in at 247 pounds and 12 ounces, while Popko weighed in at 248 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Wasyl Hawryluk, and the three ringside judges are Krystiyan Aksamit, Oleksiy Bunda and Konstantin Fedora.
