Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Central England promoted show at Manchester Yelton, Manchester,  taking place on 16/04/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter McWethy (6 - 3 - 2) who hails from Northampton, UK and Hayden Owen(2 - 5 - 2) from Birmingham, UK.  Both McWethy and Owen weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Lowery, and the three ringside judges are Robert Dempster, Zain Salam and Isaac MacIver.  

Round 1: 

McWethy is looking to close the distance.  McWethy goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Owen to the neutral corner.  He warns McWethy to stop fouling or he'll lose a point.  
Owen quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  McWethy finds the target with a jab.  
Owen is looking to keep his distance.  McWethy hits home with a cross.  
McWethy strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
McWethy manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Owen is on target with a left uppercut to McWethy's ribs.  
McWethy lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.
