Cuba Pesina vs Roman Mate

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Santiago promoted show at Maipu Terronez, Maipu,  taking place on 18/04/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile-Santiago Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cuba Pesina (27(5) - 14(1)) who hails from Puente Alto, Chile and Roman Mate(15(6) - 7(2) - 1) from Maipu, Chile.  Pesina weighed in at 118 pounds and 10 ounces, while Mate weighed in at 118 pounds.    As Pesina came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.
