Obaid Hamid vs Rashid Abed

Boxing Daily Report from the Eck Promotions promoted show at Giza Khaliquzzaman, Giza,  taking place on 21/04/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Giza Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obaid Hamid (7 - 14(1) - 4) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Rashid Abed(6 - 2 - 3) from Giza, Egypt.  Both Hamid and Abed weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Irfan Abdalla, and the three ringside judges are Amjad El-Badawi, Irfan Tolba and Rehman Islam.  

Round 1: 

Abed is looking to close the distance.  Hamid connects with a left hook.  
Abed steps inside and drives a left hook into Hamid's liver.  
Hamid quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Abed is on target with a right uppercut to Hamid's ribs.  
Abed pivots to the side of his opponent.  Hamid drives a left hook into Abed's body.  
Abed lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hamid dabs at his face checking for damage.  Hamid has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Abed advances into close range.  Abed sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Abed gets on the inside.  Hamid wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Abed dabs at his face checking for damage.
