Zenon Balasco vs Angel Tax

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Santo Domingo promoted show at Santo Domingo Perdomo, Santo Domingo,  taking place on 22/04/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ecuador-Santo Domingo Featherweight title.

Balasco steps away from his opponent.  Tax sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Tax throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Tax closes the distance.  Balasco lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  Balasco ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Balasco pushes his forearm into Tax's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Balasco to stop fouling.  
Balasco is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Balasco lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Balasco tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Tax quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Balasco lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Balasco is on target with a solid cross.  
Tax is looking to close the distance.  Balasco connects with a solid left hook.  
Balasco lands with a stiff jab.  
Balasco steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Balasco lands a jab to the body, a cross to the head and an overhand left to the head.  
Tax advances into close range.  Balasco hits home with a left uppercut.  
Balasco is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Balasco throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Balasco lands a FIERCE cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE TAX WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Balasco tries to step out of his opponents range.  Balasco is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Balasco lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS TAX SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Tax now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Balasco switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Tax throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Balasco hits home with a cross.  
Balasco lands a straight 1 - 2, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Tax recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Balasco ties up his opponent.  Balasco leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Balasco stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Balasco lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body, AND DROPS TAX TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Tax now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Balasco lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES TAX!  He manages to get up at 7.  
Tax throws a left hook, but Balasco ties up his opponent.  Balasco leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Tax sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Balasco drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Balasco lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Balasco lands two jabs followed by an overhand left to his opponents head.  
Balasco finds the target with a jab.  
Balasco lands two jabs followed by an overhand left to his opponents head.  
Tax gets on the inside.  Balasco lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  Balasco ties up his opponent.  Balasco leans on his opponent using all his weight. Balasco is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Balasco lands two straights followed by an overhand left to his opponents head, KNOCKING TAX DOWN!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Balasco!
