Sid Normandeau vs Erec Platini

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Haiti-Nord-Ouest promoted show at Port-de-Paix Rimbaud, Port-de-Paix,  taking place on 26/04/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Haiti-Nord-Ouest Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTVC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sid Normandeau (8 - 9(1) - 4) who hails from Port-de-Paix, Haiti and Erec Platini(21 - 6 - 1) from Port-de-Paix, Haiti.  Normandeau weighed in at 126 pounds and 13 ounces, while Platini weighed in at 126 pounds.    As Normandeau came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Boden Cohen, and the three ringside judges are Sid Malot, Damien Modiano and Fabron Haccoun.
