Isaac Ifere vs Yakubu Akinmunde

Boxing Daily Report from the Adusei Promotions promoted show at Majid Saah Gym, Bama,  taking place on 28/04/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isaac Ifere (8 - 7) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Yakubu Akinmunde(21(6) - 6(3) - 1) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Both Ifere and Akinmunde weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Obaid Shariff, and the three ringside judges are Ian Akinbiye, Patrick Ekoku and Ike Ararume.  

Round 1: 

Akinmunde gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Akinmunde digs in a firm left hook to Ifere's body.
