John Calalang vs Carlos Bargas

Boxing Daily Report from the Dauda Promotions promoted show at Santiago Dimayacyac Gym, Cabuyao,  taking place on 29/04/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Calalang (8 - 12 - 3) who hails from Cabuyao, Philippines and Carlos Bargas(2 - 10) from San Pedro, Philippines.  Both Calalang and Bargas weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xeres Batuyong, and the three ringside judges are Orlando Arrendondo, Neper Balagtas and Ivan Talaro.  

Round 1: 

Calalang lands a left hook.
