Scott Chitepo vs Davie Mbekile

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Mtukudzi, Bulawayo,  taking place on 02/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Southern African Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Scott Chitepo (29(17) - 14(12)) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Davie Mbekile(17 - 1(1)) from iBhayi, South Africa.  Chitepo weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces, while Mbekile weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Chindungwe, and the three ringside judges are Naftali Sibanda, Joseph Tongogara and Joey Mumbengegwi.
