Ali Kanan vs Waqas Jama

Boxing Daily Report from the Douna Promotions promoted show at Mecca Maloof, Mecca,  taking place on 01/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-West Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ali Kanan (10 - 14(1) - 6) who hails from Mecca, Saudi Arabia and Waqas Jama(22(1) - 9(2) - 1) from Mecca, Saudi Arabia.  Both Kanan and Jama weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Ahmadi, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Alabi, Aftab Vaziri and Rashid Sahli.
