Seferino Miranda vs Xeres Dicang

Boxing Daily Report from the Siabasiye Promotions promoted show at Davao City Alonzo, Davao City,  taking place on 02/05/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Davao del Sur Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seferino Miranda (30 - 8(7)) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and Xeres Dicang(15 - 12 - 7) from Davao City, Philippines.  Both Miranda and Dicang weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Pahate, and the three ringside judges are Gabriel Gudino, Quin Agbisit and Ben Dulay.
