Thamsanqa Makwetla vs Euan Phaahla

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghenyan Promotions promoted show at Wilfried Bekker Gym, iBhayi,  taking place on 02/05/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Eastern Cape Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Thamsanqa Makwetla (8 - 16(1) - 1) who hails from Port Elizabeth, South Africa and Euan Phaahla(23(8) - 9(1)) from iBhayi, South Africa.  Both Makwetla and Phaahla weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dele Hlatshwayo, and the three ringside judges are Danny Luteka, Themba Cele and Rob Tshiepela.
