Selestino Merenda vs Edmundo Espada

Boxing Daily Report from the Chimera Promotions promoted show at Goiania Placido, Goiania,  taking place on 04/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Goias Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Selestino Merenda (15 - 2) who hails from Goiania, Brazil and Edmundo Espada(21(3) - 6) from Goiania, Brazil.  Both Merenda and Espada weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaver Prior, and the three ringside judges are Ryo Montano, Quiqui Lago and Bronco Eanes.
