Floyd Ker vs Jack Varon

Boxing Daily Report from the Kessels Promotions promoted show at New Orleans Algeo, New Orleans,  taking place on 04/05/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Louisiana Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Floyd Ker (24(3) - 6(2) - 1) who hails from Shreveport, USA and Jack Varon(16 - 19 - 6) from New Orleans, USA.  Ker weighed in at 237 pounds and 11 ounces, while Varon weighed in at 235 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Arthur Tran, and the three ringside judges are Mark Gilchrist, David Duffey and Kian Hason.  

Round 1: 

Ker switches the action to the outside.  Ker sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab to the head, an overhand left to the head and a cross to the body.
