Amer Azimi vs Ashok Rao

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-West Bengal promoted show at Kolkata Veera, Kolkata,  taking place on 06/05/2040:

Clearly AI India-West Bengal have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-West Bengal Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Azimi (13 - 17 - 3) who hails from Kolkata, India and Ashok Rao(6 - 6 - 1) from Kolkata, India.  Both Azimi and Rao weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Haik, and the three ringside judges are Karan Vijay, Adnan Mirza and Tariq Amer.  

Round 1: 

Azimi is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Rao dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Rao advances into close range and lands a left hook.  Rao ties up his opponent.  Rao is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Rao's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Rao closes the distance.  Azimi pivots to the right of his opponent.  Azimi throws a left hook, but Rao holds on to his opponent.  Rao hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Azimi steps inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.

Azimi cuts off the ring, trapping Rao in the red corner.  Rao throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Rao ties up his opponent.  Rao uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Azimi behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Rao.  
Rao is on target with a cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Rao's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Rao's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
