Ewan Jongwe vs Sam Rusere

Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Harare Wutawunashe, Harare,  taking place on 08/05/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Harare Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ewan Jongwe (10(6) - 2 - 2) who hails from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe and Sam Rusere(13 - 5(3)) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Both Jongwe and Rusere weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mason Mandioma, and the three ringside judges are Jacob Aulds, John Ngoma and Peabo Chikwava.
