Laurent Modiano vs Chandler Longo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Ile-de-France promoted show at Montreuil Provost, Montreuil,  taking place on 12/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are The Artist Laurent Modiano (35(30) - 8(6)) who hails from Saint-Denis, France and Chandler Longo(8 - 9 - 5) from Nantes, France.  Both Modiano and Longo weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thibaud Lippmann, and the three ringside judges are Sezni Michel, Yves Aime and Jacques Butor.  

Round 1:

Modiano manages to force Longo into the corner.  Modiano lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Modiano holds on to his opponent.  Modiano is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  Longo recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Modiano lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS LONGO TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Modiano ties up his opponent.  Modiano leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Modiano's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
