Zenon Paredes vs Sagaz Miers

Boxing Daily Report from the Mwase Promotions promoted show at Las Condes Tamez, Las Condes,  taking place on 13/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zenon Paredes (22(13) - 6(4)) who hails from Las Condes, Chile and Sagaz Miers(9 - 13(3)) from Valparaiso, Chile.  Paredes weighed in at 107 pounds and 14 ounces, while Miers weighed in at 106 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Recio, and the three ringside judges are Pancho Peguero, Antonio Vasquez and Joaquin Estopinal.  

Round 1: 

Paredes lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Paredes clinches his opponent.  Paredes pushes his forearm into Miers's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Paredes.  
Miers tries to keep the action at long range.  Paredes connects with a cross.  
Paredes closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Paredes quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Paredes hits home with a left hook.  
Paredes drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Paredes lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  Paredes holds on to his opponent.  Paredes tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Miers's kidney. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Paredes sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Miers throws a right hook, but Paredes holds on to his opponent.  Paredes is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Paredes's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Paredes is on target with a cross.  
Paredes advances into close range.  Paredes quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Miers throws a left hook, but Paredes clinches his opponent.  Paredes uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Miers's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Paredes lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Paredes lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS MIERS TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Paredes thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Miers away.  Paredes lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS MIERS TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
Paredes lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head, DROPPING MIERS TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Paredes!
