Alan MacDermott vs Rashid Saad

Boxing Daily Report from the Munachoonga Promotions promoted show at The Kurusu Gym, Glasgow,  taking place on 17/05/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alan MacDermott (19 - 11(3)) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Rashid Saad(5 - 11 - 3) from Edinburgh, UK.  MacDermott weighed in at 130 pounds and 9 ounces, while Saad weighed in at 130 pounds.    As MacDermott came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Robert Priddy, and the three ringside judges are Martin MacBeth, Thomas Ryan and Charlie MacNeal.
