Jiro Kanai vs Keiichi Yoshikawa

Boxing Daily Report from the Japanese Boxing Federation promoted show at Hitoshi Ito Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 18/05/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jiro Kanai (1 - 2 - 3) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Keiichi Yoshikawa(12 - 7 - 9) from Sakai, Japan.  Both Kanai and Yoshikawa weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoru Muraoka, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Matsunaga, Shinji Iseri and Hisao Sakai.  

Round 1: 

Kanai is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a jab.
