Joel Cheromei vs Ontibile Ogindo

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Kabando, Nairobi,  taking place on 28/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joel Cheromei (17 - 14 - 3) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Ontibile Ogindo(8 - 6 - 4) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Cheromei and Ogindo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Arusei, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Lone, Salim Kosgei and Paul Chelanga.  

Round 1:
