Bryan Orizu vs Orji Ilerika

Boxing Daily Report from the Isahakyan Promotions promoted show at Chima Isola Gym, Osogbo,  taking place on 29/05/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Osun State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bryan Orizu (14 - 6(1) - 4) who hails from Ilesa, Nigeria and Orji Ilerika(29 - 18(3)) from Ife, Nigeria.  Both Orizu and Ilerika weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ifeanyi Ezukam, and the three ringside judges are Izunna Adamu, Mudashiru Ebor and Godfrey Nduka.  

Round 1: 

Ilerika steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut to Orizu's body.  
Ilerika is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Orizu hits home with a cross.  
Ilerika digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Orizu steps inside.  Ilerika lands a left uppercut.  
Ilerika hits home with a right hook.  
Ilerika finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Ilerika closes the distance and walks Orizu onto the ropes.  Ilerika drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Orizu tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a cross.  
Ilerika advances into close range.  Orizu lands a left hook.  
Orizu attempts to land a left hook, but Ilerika sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Orizu gets on the inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ilerika dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Ilerika.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Orizu feints a right hook, and then tries to land a jab, but Ilerika sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Orizu's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Orizu's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Ilerika's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Orizu throws a left hook, but Ilerika holds on to his opponent.  Orizu is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
