Mitsuru Miyazaki vs Goro Shibata

Boxing Daily Report from the BUSHIDO Promotions promoted show at Asahikawa University, Asahikawa,  taking place on 29/05/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Mitsuru Miyazaki (2 - 0) who hails from Sagamihara, Japan and Goro Shibata(13 - 10(1) - 3) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Both Miyazaki and Shibata weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryuu Ogawa, and the three ringside judges are Eiji Tanabe, Isamu Hara and Jiro Ige.  

Round 1: 

Miyazaki steps inside.  Miyazaki pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Miyazaki pivots from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Miyazaki closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Shibata attempts to land a cross, but Miyazaki slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Shibata cuts off the ring, trapping Miyazaki in a neutral corner.  Shibata feints a cross, but Miyazaki does not fall for it and lands with a right uppercut.  
Miyazaki quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Miyazaki is on target with a left hook to Shibata's liver.  
Miyazaki closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Shibata in the corner.  Miyazaki drives a right hook into Shibata's body.  Miyazaki clinches his opponent.  Miyazaki leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.

Miyazaki gets on the inside.  Miyazaki pivots from in front of his opponent.  Shibata throws a right uppercut, but Miyazaki holds on to his opponent.  Shibata pushes his forearm into Miyazaki's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Shibata about fouling.
