Diego Morataya vs Alejandro Macatuno

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Bulacan promoted show at San Jose del Monte Cedillo, San Jose del Monte,  taking place on 31/05/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Bulacan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Morataya (14 - 19 - 4) who hails from Santa Maria, Philippines and Alejandro Macatuno(21 - 10(3) - 2) from San Jose del Monte, Philippines.  Morataya weighed in at 140 pounds And 11 ounces, while Macatuno weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Morataya came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Montego Villalon, and the three ringside judges are Xavier Maniquis, Tajo Pozos and Alano Berra.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Macatuno dabs at his face checking for damage.  Macatuno has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
