Angel Velasquez vs Vegas Matos

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Carolina promoted show at Carolina Cuadrado, Carolina,  taking place on 31/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Carolina Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Velasquez (21 - 9(1) - 1) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and Vegas Matos(1 - 11(2) - 2) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Both Velasquez and Matos weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Zayas, and the three ringside judges are Juan Licea, Vicente Espejo and Edmundo Zayas.  

Round 1:
