Jose Carolus vs Mark Pottenger

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Soundstage 21, Orlando,  taking place on 18/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jose Carolus (1 - 0) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Mark Pottenger(3 - 16 - 2) from St. Louis, USA.  Carolus weighed in at 112 pounds, while Pottenger weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Colin Elder, and the three ringside judges are Paul Corse, James Villasana and Mark Swain.

Carolus pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Pottenger walks his opponent into a corner.  Carolus finds the target with a jab.

Pottenger advances into close range.  Pottenger quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Carolus throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Carolus holds on to his opponent.  Carolus leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Carolus lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Carolus clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Carolus pushes his forearm into Pottenger's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Carolus to stop fouling.
