Fausto Amante vs Nicandro Villavicencio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Carolina promoted show at Carolina Cuadrado, Carolina,  taking place on 31/05/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Carolina Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fausto Amante (8 - 3(1) - 2) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and Nicandro Villavicencio(10 - 4(2) - 2) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Both Amante and Villavicencio weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Zayas, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Espejo, Edmundo Zayas and Juan Licea.

Amante advances into close range.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Amante has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
