Pyotr Kowalchuk vs Arseni Kovalski

Boxing Daily Report from the Addow Promotions promoted show at Omsk Shchennikov, Omsk,  taking place on 02/06/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Omsk Oblast Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pyotr Kowalchuk (13 - 13 - 7) who hails from Omsk, Russia and Arseni Kovalski(4 - 12 - 2) from Omsk, Russia.  Kowalchuk weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kovalski weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Viktor Tsybulnikov, and the three ringside judges are Anton Keyru, Vasili Goncharov and Kolya Polanski.
