Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Alborz promoted show at Karaj Hasain, Karaj,  taking place on 03/06/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Middle East Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shayan David (33(24) - 7(7) - 1) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Waqar Afzal(24(19) - 3(2)) from Karaj, Iran.  David weighed in at 147 pounds and 9 ounces, while Afzal weighed in at 147 pounds.    As David came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Sajid Amber, and the three ringside judges are Aftab Nagi, Ahmed Barakat and Tariq Hariri.
