Quico Mateos vs Jax Sotomayor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Comunidad Valenciana promoted show at Polideportivo El Pla, Elche,  taking place on 03/06/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Comunidad Valenciana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quico Mateos (5 - 14 - 4) who hails from Valencia, Spain and Jax Sotomayor(8 - 8(1)) from Alicante, Spain.  Both Mateos and Sotomayor weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seferino Quesada, and the three ringside judges are Lorenzo Mendivil, Jose Carpio and Jerrold Armando.
