Fraser Kelsoe vs Amon Piaget

Boxing Daily Report from the Fanoosyan Promotions promoted show at Tacoma Bigham, Tacoma,  taking place on 06/06/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Washington Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fraser Kelsoe (19 - 17(2) - 2) who hails from Seattle, USA and Amon Piaget(6 - 26 - 3) from Seattle, USA.  Both Kelsoe and Piaget weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Declan Osmond, and the three ringside judges are Dave Desailly, Jack Balch and Cole Cassel.  

Round 1: 

Kelsoe finds the target with a jab.  
Piaget is on target with a left hook.  
Kelsoe advances into close range.  Kelsoe throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Piaget time to recover.  
Kelsoe advances into close range and drives a right hook into Piaget's ribs.  
Piaget sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Kelsoe hits home with a left hook.  
Kelsoe attempts to land a left hook, but Piaget blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Piaget dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kelsoe advances into close range.  Piaget digs in a right uppercut to Kelsoe's body.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Piaget dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Piaget.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
