Franco Mercedes vs Vicente Jordan

Boxing Daily Report from the South American Boxing Association promoted show at Santiago de los Caba Laguardia, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 14/06/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Franco Mercedes (7 - 4 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Vicente Jordan(25 - 7(2) - 1) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Both Mercedes and Jordan weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Roman Avendano, and the three ringside judges are Carlos De Anda, Roman Avendano and Sagaz Mieras.
