Phil Whitton vs Vidal Valbuena

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Kieran Smolak Gym, Joliet,  taking place on 16/06/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Whitton (12 - 16(3) - 6) who hails from Chicago, USA and Vidal Valbuena(24(3) - 12 - 2) from Chicago, USA.  Both Whitton and Valbuena weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Dockter, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Magrum, Lewis Williams and Michael Barry.
