Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Allegiant stadium, Las Vegas,  taking place on 13/07/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Dai Underwood (3(3) - 0) who hails from Macon, USA and John Kilduff(3 - 9 - 2) from Omaha, USA.  Both Underwood and Kilduff weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alec Rees, and the three ringside judges are George Ramo, Ollie Latta and Dale Cloyd.  

Round 1: 

Underwood lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Underwood sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Kilduff steps inside.  Underwood sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Underwood tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a solid cross.

Underwood tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Kilduff walks his opponent into a neutral corner.  Underwood slams a spiteful left hook into Kilduff's ribs.  KILDUFF WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Kilduff almost instantly recovers.

Kilduff advances into close range.  Underwood is on target with a sharp right hook to Kilduff's body.  
Underwood is looking to keep his distance.  Underwood feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Underwood lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kilduff gets on the inside.  Underwood backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Kilduff tries to tag Underwood on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!

Underwood is on target with a nasty overhand right.  KILDUFF WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Kilduff almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kilduff is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but Underwood clinches his opponent.  Underwood leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Underwood is looking to keep his distance and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Underwood lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Underwood hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Underwood is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Kilduff steps inside.  Underwood connects with a solid left uppercut.  Underwood holds on to his opponent.  Underwood is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Underwood knows Kilduff is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Underwood lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES KILDUFF!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Underwood!
