Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Mitsui Garden Center Kashiwa-no-ha, Kashiwa,  taking place on 01/07/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Chiba Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi Yamamoto (25(1) - 18(8) - 2) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Takeshi Takara(13 - 18(6) - 4) from Chiba, Japan.  Yamamoto weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Takara weighed in at 174 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Ueno, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Tobe, Kenji Aoyama and Akira Oshita.
