Quito Sebastian vs Santiago Barquero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Asuncion promoted show at Asuncion Franqui, Asuncion,  taking place on 01/07/2040:

Clearly AI Paraguay-Asuncion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Paraguay-Asuncion Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quito Sebastian (7 - 19(2) - 3) who hails from Asuncion, Paraguay and Santiago Barquero(9 - 7 - 1) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  Both Sebastian and Barquero weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Rolando, and the three ringside judges are Bronco Albino, Diego Baez and Lorenzo Segundo.
