Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Standard Bank Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 14/07/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the South Africa Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Beno¯t De Jongh (11(9) - 0) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Ben Katekelayi(25(1) - 24(13) - 1) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Both De Jongh and Katekelayi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Phumelele Mkhize, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Kamalebo, Nwa Ntuli and Ontibile Nyauza.  

Round 1: 

Katekelayi lands a cross to De Jongh's body.  Katekelayi throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
De Jongh switches the action to the outside and lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Katekelayi gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
De Jongh lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Katekelayi gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Katekelayi tries to keep the action at long range and lands with a stinging jab.  
De Jongh is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Katekelayi finds the target with a solid jab.

De Jongh lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
De Jongh senses Katekelayi is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  De Jongh lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS KATEKELAYI TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
De Jongh lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING KATEKELAYI DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
De Jongh lands two left uppercuts followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS KATEKELAYI TO THE CANVAS!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is De Jongh!
