Wayne Darmian vs Michael Reddoch

Boxing Daily Report from the Western Promotions promoted show at Western Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 18/06/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Wayne Darmian (0 - 0) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Michael Reddoch(0 - 1 - 1) from Newcastle, Australia.  Both Darmian and Reddoch weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Lewis, and the three ringside judges are John Travis, Gregor Clyde and Ian Espy.  

Round 1: 

Darmian closes the distance.  Reddoch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Darmian connects with a solid left uppercut.

Darmian is on target with a left hook.  
Darmian walks Reddoch down, trapping him in a corner.  Darmian sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Reddoch tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with an overhand left.  
Darmian walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Darmian connects with a left uppercut.  
Darmian closes the distance and lands a right hook.

Reddoch tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Darmian slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Reddoch's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Reddoch's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Darmian is on target with a solid cross.  
Darmian gets on the inside.  Reddoch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Reddoch throws a right hook, but Darmian ties up his opponent.  Darmian pushes his forearm into Reddoch's face.  The ref breaks Darmian's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Reddoch is on target with a right hook.  
Darmian lands a jab.  
Darmian lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Darmian ties up his opponent.  Darmian is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Darmian to stop fouling.

Darmian forces Reddoch to back into the ropes.  Darmian pivots to the side of his opponent and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.

Darmian gets on the inside.  Reddoch pivots to the right of his opponent.  Reddoch throws a right uppercut, but Darmian ties up his opponent.  Darmian leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Darmian advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Darmian clinches his opponent.  Darmian is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Darmian uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Reddoch's kidney.
