Soner Ozbey vs Bulut Emer

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Ankara promoted show at Serkan Calislar Gym, Ankara,  taking place on 03/07/2040:

Clearly AI Turkey-Ankara have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Ankara Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Soner Ozbey (5 - 14(1) - 4) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Bulut Emer(6 - 15(1) - 2) from Ankara, Turkey.  Both Ozbey and Emer weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Altan Tekoz, and the three ringside judges are Altan Rustu, Ilkin Shirin and Soner Bucak.
