Bayram Peker vs Direnc Gurses

Boxing Daily Report from the Salifu Promotions promoted show at Ankara Chaglar, Ankara,  taking place on 03/07/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Ankara Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bayram Peker (3 - 0) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Direnc Gurses(15 - 23(2) - 12) from Ankara, Turkey.  Both Peker and Gurses weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emre Arica, and the three ringside judges are Metin Irtegun, Metin Kaptan and Berk Tarcan.  

Round 1: 

Peker advances into close range.  Gurses throws a right hook, but Peker ties up his opponent.  Peker pushes his forearm into Gurses's face.  The ref breaks Peker's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
