John Bato vs Juan Mascarenas

Boxing Daily Report from the Poku Promotions promoted show at Santiago Dimayacyac Gym, Cabuyao,  taking place on 02/07/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Bato (4 - 1(1)) who hails from Calamba, Philippines and Juan Mascarenas(4 - 14 - 2) from Santa Rosa, Philippines.  Bato weighed in at 128 pounds and 15 ounces, while Mascarenas weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lisandro Silago, and the three ringside judges are Luis Lamanilao, Carlos Murillo and Scott Tulabing.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Mascarenas.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
