David Watson vs Kris Rutherford

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Carrara Stadium, Gold Coast,  taking place on 14/07/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are David Watson (60(36) - 2 - 2) who hails from Gold Coast, Australia and Kris Rutherford(30(2) - 3(3)) from Sydney, Australia.  Watson weighed in at 168 pounds, while Rutherford weighed in at 167 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joey Kindrick, and the three ringside judges are Seth Urbano, Zain Sharifi and Andy Sare.
