Ian Potts vs Mel Humana

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at North Shore Stadium, Auckland,  taking place on 28/07/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ian Potts (29(19) - 7(6)) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Mel Humana(7(2) - 3(2)) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Potts weighed in at 227 pounds and 13 ounces, while Humana weighed in at 230 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Booth, and the three ringside judges are Clinton Martie, Hamahona Kurawhatia and Kahorere Hakaipari.
