Joaquin Abar vs Hilario Amparo

Boxing Daily Report from the Acheampong Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Abrego, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 15/07/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Abar (25 - 22(3) - 5) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Hilario Amparo(26(9) - 2) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Abar weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces, while Amparo weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Federico Carmen, and the three ringside judges are Diego Portilla, Isidro Rubio and Dimos Ancheta.  

Round 1: 

Amparo closes the distance.  Abar throws a left hook, but Amparo holds on to his opponent.  Amparo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
