Stuart Curran vs Thomas McGowan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ecosse Boxing promoted show at Aberdeen Carran, Aberdeen,  taking place on 18/07/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stuart Curran (7(1) - 13(2) - 3) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Thomas McGowan(9(1) - 3) from Aberdeen, UK.  Both Curran and McGowan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Martin MacBeth, and the three ringside judges are David Hall, David McClarnon and Patrick McBeth.  

Round 1: 

Curran attempts to land a jab, but McGowan dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
McGowan gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.
