Pablo Picon vs Paul Dorch

Boxing Daily Report from the Greedy Promotions promoted show at Raven Gym, Macon,  taking place on 20/07/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Pablo Picon (0 - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Paul Dorch(9 - 7) from Lincoln, USA.  Both Picon and Dorch weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arnie Curtis, and the three ringside judges are Rob Bardsley, Bart Craigie and Ewan Rodgers.  

Round 1: 

Dorch sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Picon lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Picon lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  Picon ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Picon pushes his forearm into Dorch's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Picon.  
Picon steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  Picon clinches his opponent.  Picon throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks Picon's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Picon gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Picon closes the distance and connects with a left hook.  Picon attempts to land a right hook, but Dorch slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Picon sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Picon is looking to close the distance and drives a sharp right hook into Dorch's body.  Picon ties up his opponent.  Picon tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Dorch's kidney. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Picon drives a right hook into Dorch's body.  
Picon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Dorch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Picon digs in a left hook to Dorch's body.  
Dorch feints a right, and then attempts to land a right hook, but Picon dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Picon steps inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Dorch almost instantly recovers. 
Picon drives a left hook into Dorch's body.  
Picon sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a stinging right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Picon closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Dorch in the corner.  Picon lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Picon crashes a mean left hook to Dorch's liver.  DORCH IS HURT!  
Picon is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Picon lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body, DROPPING DORCH TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Dorch has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Picon lands a solid cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Dorch's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Dorch's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Dorch's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Dorch's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Picon is on target with a left uppercut to Dorch's body.  
Dorch lands a left hook.  
Picon lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Picon is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents liver.  
Picon advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Dorch quickly recovers. 
Picon feints a cross, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Picon lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Picon lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Dorch almost instantly recovers. 
Picon forces Dorch to retreat onto the ropes.  Picon lands a stinging right hook.  Picon clinches his opponent.  Picon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Dorch tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Picon behind the head. The ref breaks Picon's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Dorch tries to land a left hook, but Picon slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Picon throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Picon ties up his opponent.  Picon is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Picon lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Dorch throws a left hook, but Picon holds on to his opponent.  Picon is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Picon forces Dorch to retreat into a neutral corner.  Picon lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Picon is looking to close the distance and whips in a DEVASTATING right hook to Dorch's ribcage.  DORCH IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE DORCH THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Picon!
