Aki Uemura vs Hikaru Tanji

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Fujisawa Takaki, Fujisawa,  taking place on 20/07/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aki Uemura (31(7) - 6(2)) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Hikaru Tanji(6 - 7 - 2) from Kawasaki, Japan.  Uemura weighed in at 167 pounds and 11 ounces, while Tanji weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hajime Takagi, and the three ringside judges are Yasushi Iwasaki, Takeshi Murakami and Kei Arakawa.
