Umair Ghannam vs Zain Krama

Boxing Daily Report from the Garabetian Promotions promoted show at Algiers Chikhi, Algiers,  taking place on 19/07/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Algeria-Alger Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Umair Ghannam (21 - 7(2)) who hails from Algiers, Algeria and Zain Krama(18 - 18(1) - 5) from Algiers, Algeria.  Ghannam weighed in at 239 pounds And 14 ounces, while Krama weighed in at 217 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Abdul Gardel, and the three ringside judges are Syed Merzouki, Haaris Rabhi and Farhan Segura.  

Round 1: 

Ghannam closes the distance.  Ghannam quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to Krama's ribs.  
Krama tries to land a jab, but Ghannam slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Ghannam closes the distance.  Krama throws a right hook, but Ghannam holds on to his opponent.  Ghannam uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Krama behind the head. The ref breaks Ghannam's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Ghannam gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ghannam clinches his opponent.  Ghannam pushes his forearm into Krama's face.  The ref breaks Ghannam's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ghannam is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.
