Xavier Arellano vs Fraco Carbon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bolivia-La Paz promoted show at La Paz Gallego, La Paz,  taking place on 20/07/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Bolivia-La Paz Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xavier Arellano (19(8) - 2(1)) who hails from El Alto, Bolivia and Fraco Carbon(12 - 11(1) - 6) from La Paz, Bolivia.  Arellano weighed in at 167 pounds and 4 ounces, while Carbon weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Pichon, and the three ringside judges are Xaver Nicodemus, Xeres Monserrate and Rodrigo Porto.
